Women in real estate: Debunking the top 8 myths that keep women from investing in real estate and what’s really going on

When it comes to women investing in real estate, these are the top misconceptions I keep hearing over and over again:
 
 (The truth is these blocks are keeping you from achieving your goal of building generational wealth- for no good reason!)
 
So let’s unpack them!
 
 -I don't know anything about real estate
Well, I do! I have 15+ years in the industry and I'm going to share EVERYTHING in my course.
 
-I have no money to get started
More money = better lifestyle, more freedom, more options. If you don’t change something about your current narrative to get to your ideal life, then nothing is ever going to change. Besides, I show you different ways to get started in real estate investing with all budgets in mind.
 
-I’m not good with money
False! That’s some BS narrative society has been telling us! I mean, it was illegal for us to vote not too long ago, let alone handle money.
 
-What if I out earn my partner?
While this isn’t a good enough reason to keep you from building wealth, in Investy Besties we’ll cover how to make it okay in your relationship
 
-Why would anyone trust me to make good decisions?
Oh yeah, I remember not having this kind of innate trust in the beginning. However, you know to take careful consideration when making decisions and trust your gut.
 
-But I hate math
You won’t be hating math after you start calculating your profits!
It’s Cha-Ching O’Clock
 
-I don’t know anything about construction
Lucky for you, I know what to do and it’s included in the course.
 
-I fear I’m wasting money on something I won’t finish
Been there, done that. And while I can’t force you to finish, you know putting skin in the game will motivate you.
 
Now let’s talk about the dark, juicy stuff you’re actually afraid of!
 
-I don’t wanna take advantage of people
And you won’t! The belief that in order to become wealthy, we have to take advantage of somebody is BS
 
-I don’t wanna be seen as greedy
Spoiler Alert! This is a mindset block keeping you from building wealth. Truth is, the more money you have, the more people you can help.
 
-I don’t wanna be seen as a rich bitch
Have no fear, this course won’t have you turning into Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wears Prada.
 
-What if I fail?
This is EXACTLY why I created the investing bestie course. To help other women and prevent this problem from ever happening to them. By the way, I have failed before and I’m still standing.
